Our phylogenetic analyses integrate multiple genetic markers to provide comprehensive insights into species relationships. We present nuclear ribosomal ITS phylogenies for rapid preliminary identification, complemented by more robust whole chloroplast and target enrichment data trees for a more robust evolutionary context. This multi-tiered approach ensures both quick reference and reliable phylogenetic placement, supporting accurate comparative studies and advancing systematic research.
ITS phylogeny
A rapid, preliminary framework for sample identification and comparison within a phylogenetic context.
Whole chloroplast genome
Provides high resolution insights into maternal lineage and species relationships using complete plastid sequences.
Nuclear single-copy gene target enrichment phylogeny
Offers robust, multilocus nuclear data for detailed and reliable species delimitation and evolutionary inference.
